    well if its only rev then something is wrong inside the trans. i would pull the starter to see if anything is abnormal that would cause your clunking

    i did the t5 conversion a while back in my 65 coupe. and because of cost i went with the cable clutch but im interested in converting it to hyd. now. i was curious if anybody had taken a setup from a fox body and was able to make it work on our cars?

    i checked the ujoints, the move freely, no binding or play. im thinking maybe the bearings in the trans are worn out because it doesnt vibrate when coasting in nuetral...just went i push in the clutch-put into gear(mainly 1st and 2nd) and this is before i even let out on the clutch pedal...

    im in need of longer REAR wheel studs for my 65coupe c code 289 rear drum. does anybody know what thread specs they are so i know what to order? i know the length and thread pitch i belive. but what exactly is the knurl? and how do i know what size it is? and if anybody has bought longer ones...

    the bottom end of the engine wasnt stock, just the heads were stock size. thats why i was at 9.5:1

    what octane gas to run on drag strip?

    im going to a test and tune tommorow and i'm curious if it would be worth buying some race gas and mixing with 91 to give me a higher octane...would this be benifical or pointless? my mods are in my sig...thanks guys!

    what headers? t5 conversion...

    it rounted stright forward from the firewall and loops down right above the oil filter then straight back, except it has to be pulled twords the oil pan so that it doesnt touch the header tube. i have the modern driveline cable clutch, which im not sure if its setup like a fox?

    i'm not really picky on either long tubes or shorties as either way im going to have to have my exhaust redone. my patriot tri ys barely clear the clutch cable, i had to do some modifications to pull it closer to the oil pan, they deffintly dont allow a straight shot for the cable.

    awesome replies guys, thanks! i got under the car today and my rear bushings looks to be cracked around the edges so im sure they are worn out which possibly is causing my problem. this is a daily driver but i also take it to the drags and eventually want to take it on trans am/road course's...
