If you've eliminated the back pressure and move the power band higher up in the rpms your going to lose the low end grunt. Your top end would be better but now the bottom end loses the power down lower. I don't know how much you would of lost but it will make a diference.

looks like a pretty damn good kit. The one thing I guess would be it is with stock manifolds but anyone know how hard it'd be to get it to work with midlength headers. Doesn't really show much.. :shrug:

On a solid rear axle vehicle there is no adjustments on the rear that can be made. When they take the measurements of the vehicle when doing a 4 wheel alignment they are checking the thrust angle of the rear. If the thrust angle of the rear axle is say out of normal spec they can tell something...

Maybe I'm the only one here that might seem to slightly agree, to a point, with the original question proposed. If it's a slight to subtle drop it's not going to make much of a difference there. I do agree if the car is slammed pretty damn low then yes, there isn't as much air passage way(paths)...

I don't know much myself but maybe try adding some kind of octane booster or some higher rated gas to see if there's been a switch with all the additives that are put in the gas??

If you did not authorize any work to your vehicle then you don't have to pay anything for other then what you wanted done. If they took the part out and replaced it then that's on them. They need to take the new one out and put the old back in if you do not want to pay what their charging...

FYI I"m pretty sure the stock clutch cable is designed to only work with the plastic quadrant to self adjust. So if your using aftermarket quadrant and stock cable you won't be able to adjust it properly... also summit is good about overnighting items from my experience.

Summit Racing, order the FRPP adjustable one. I have this one on my car and haven't had any problems with the 2nd one. I'm not sure what the deal was with the 1st one, I think with the cold weather during the winter time that I did drive the car I stretched the cable out by not letting it warm...

I can tell ya right now no for the drivers side unless you have the steering shaft disconnected. The drivers side has the steering shaft going through the middle of the primary tubes. Pass side you might be able to slip in there if there's the room. I have them on my 97 and they honestly...
