    caobain and i did his on a 65 and it was easy ,,i guess its the same first go in the trunk and drill out the spot welds( they are several ) second go under the car and cut the old frame rail to tha same size the new one should slid in the old one and the you weld all the way around it and...

    hey guys i just talked to the garage and he said just break the cam at 2000 rpm for 20 min or so that should do the cam and get on the hwy and start off at 30 and hard to 50 or 60 or so and then back down to 30 he said do that 4 or 5 times and that should seat the rings

    hey krash what do you have on yours, you may have have told us, but i didn't catch it . i see you have a 65 coupe also. p.s. i agree 215 is the largest i would go too .

    i agree having seen the under side if this 65 coupe i don't think it would be good on it to have bigger tires and wheels maybe a 205 maybe a 215 60 or 65 thats it ,, i think thats what he is going to but this has been a good topic to talk about

    thanks krash, i been telling cobain the same thing you are saying the front end just wont handle it , maybe after it has been upgraded but not now
