    Yes, I have the same noise, Mine can be heard at idle and the strange thing is that it comes and goes. I too have not been able to get an answer to what the noise is. But you are right is sounds like sticky hydro lifters....

    I had the SLP's before I got the MAC's, I did Like them but I think they sound better on a Manual Trans. Auto Trans make the SLP's sound like an old truck missing it's muffler. so I got the MAC's.... :nice: One thing I can Say about the SLP's NO DRONE.. but then again they are not mufflers...
