    Cost of Options offered on the 07 Shelby

    I put my own order into the orderbanks this past week. I loaded her up with the exception of Sirius and there was no pricing available. The gas guzzler tax wasn't priced as well, I'm thinking $2,100 for 18mpg?

    8,000 units

    The EFC to the dealers says 8,000 and that's just for the U.S. Not sure what FOC will get. I'm not sure how the Shelby's fit into production. Good news is that the startup production stats for 2007 MY show 60% for GT production (maybe a small percentage is the Shelby, not sure).

    While I do think that would be great to stock a few for customers to choose from, it can't quite work out like that becauase as soon as they're built and released they're going to be on their way to the dealer. The manufacturer books profits because at this point it has been sold to the dealer...

    Woody Anderson has a bunch of orders from that day as well. Alot of people ordered 18"ers so I'd say your 64F selection has a better chance of getting pulled before three other retail orders. All of the retails are a priority code 10.
