I had a CAS unit and it stunk. no range, poor quality.... had to toss it. My opinion is that unless you've got a concours car, go ahead and cut the dash and install a nice DIN style radio like a Pioneer and be happy....they look fine.

Stainless steel bolts have a lower strength than Grade 8 bolts. Don't use them in a high load situation.

I changed my I-6 front end over using Granada spindles. I just changed the whole steering to V8 at the same time. Inner/outer tie rods, draglink, and Idler all at once. No need for shims. The only tunnel work I had to do when I put in my T5 was to open up the shifter hole a smidge...
