Alright i have installed a large electric fan in the stang. and ran it to a constant hot on the solonoid, so even if the key is off the fan will run untill the temp guage trips it off.. now i also have a brand new optima battery and underdrive pullies, i put the larger pulley on the alternator...

I finally get everything put in and hooked up on my rebuild and i start to notice the wiring, Both alternator plugs are shot, almost melted looking, exposed wires just ouside the connection :( ... And the Wire harness that routes underneath the engine has the same problem minus the melted...
