    For you, I'd say stay away from the SuperHawk. I would buy it for me, but use my Ninja as primary bike. I can't really say anything about the SV unless I saw it and looked it over in person.

    The panel comes off in a few minutes, and just make sure the linkage and joints are in operational mode. My '91 did the same things. I just ended up making my own linkage, works fine. Tell your friend its the "date rape" mod. :jester:
