    Aluminum Flywheel

I have a used Centerforce 2005 Mustang GT 6 bolt for sale. Used for 1500 miles. Built a motor w/ an 8 bolt crank, so I can't use it now.

    Experience with one-piece driveshafts?

Intersting idea, not sure how to prove it other than a back to back test. Steel shafts are smaller in diameter than aluminum, but the aluminum is still beneficial. I'm not sure at what point the size vs. weight is becomes practical.

    Experience with one-piece driveshafts?

I just installed the BMR Carbon Fiber yesterday. The install was very easy. Took a quick spin, literally, and couldn't feel any abnormal vibrations. Not sure about performance gain, it's hard to tell, but I'd recommend it to anyone. http://www.bmrfabrication.com

I replaced my upgraded Centerforce aluminum for a new 8 bolt Centerforce Aluminum due to a Cobra crank upgrade. It only has about 2000 miles on it if you're interested. PM or email me. :nice:

Has anyone installed cdc's gauge pod?

A very simple install. I used the Autometer Nexus gauges, because it's much cleaner. The Nexus uses a network, which uses really small wires and very few of them to each gauge. The wires tuck right in through the side of the defrost vent and are fully hidden with the dash pod installed.

What trap speeds from procharger and KB?

I've trapped 125mph on 93 octane, no problem. Our program is real close to the out of the box program from KB. 11-12psi will yield around 500rwhp w/ the KB 2.4 kit. :nice:

    Xcal 1 software

The Xcal1 holds the same exact programs as the XCal2. The main difference is the Xcal2 has on screen parameter changes, datalogging, read/clear dtc code capabilities, and is firmware upgradable via USB.

    Throwing 2 codes......

Those codes are thrown a lot if the 02 sensors are thown further downstream, like on a long tube header car. There are changes to your program that can fix the issue. It's due to the time it takes for the exhaust to reach the 02 sensor. The code is normally thrown before the car warms up.

    New Part, Performance Radiator!!!

Interesting, a totally trust your word. The Procharger must be emitting some very hot air...the Kenne Bell 2.4l setup doesn't take the car over normal operating temps. Looks like a great addition to the Procharger! :nice:

    New Part, Performance Radiator!!!

I'll have to say, the stock cooling system is very efficient. With the 2.4L KB and 11psi of boost, I've yet to see my coolant temp any higher than stock.

What Rear Tire and Wheel Combo are You Running at the Track?

505rwhp on a Mustang dyno. Probably a hair more now since we've made some changes to the tune. 11psi of boost on a 6 rib setup. Little belt slip in the higher rpms. We have an 8 rib conversion in the works.

What Rear Tire and Wheel Combo are You Running at the Track?

I'm running Hoosier Drag Radials on 17" rims. They hook ok, but I think I need more sidewall with the suspension setup and power I'm making. 11.3@125mph with a 1.78 60' is my best time so far.
