    Well here in the great state of Illinois, tint is illegal. I am moving to Kentucky at the end of this year and will have no problem then. As for the wheels, i am hoping for some deep dish FR500's by next summer.

    i did an "experiment " of my own this weekend, and this seems like a stretch, i gave myself 40 seconds to hit 120 and only hit 95. seems like there would need to be a massive amount of added horsepower. Possible, but it sure doesnt seem likely
