My cars been converted to carb, and whoever done it cut up the main harness, left the salt and pepper shakers and a whole mess of wires. I was wondering if i needed them at all (salt and pepper shakers)or can i just take them out completely and wire it strait up? Also what other wires do i not...

i don't mind hearing the pump(whining etc...) its the rattling/vibration throughout the interior. The car came with a bunch of extra stuff, but i haven't had the time to go through it all to see if theres any spacers for it and i didn't know they came with them. So thanks for the info

I picked up an 87 gt this past weekend. It was converted to carb, And has an inline electric Holley pump. Its bolted to the rear bumper and is extremely annoying. It vibrates,and echo's all through the car and makes driving it unpleasant. I was wondering if there was a way to quiet it down with...

UPDATE i got it back together. i put a new water pump and gaskets and started it up, It runs fine but the oil is a little milky, not bad so im going to changed it again and see if its still leaking water or if its just what was left in the pan.

My bad Dagger... I got everything back together, and we started it last night. It idled fine, but the water pump started making noises, and i noticed that there was a ton of water running down the passenger side of the pump. I shut the car off and checked the oil and it was a little milky...

I drained the oil a little bit ago and its not milky. So is it safe to say its not a head gasket?

No the coolant lines for the spacer are blocked off.
