    Stang... Totalled

The thing with the insurance that got to me was this. When they first made an offer, it was like 9,200, and they said they gave me average retail for a 1999 mustang gt. Well then i let them know it was a 99 LE, and that the average retail was 12,500. So then they backed down and used the trade...

    Stang... Totalled

Well guys, on June 25th, my GT's life came to a tragic end. My girlfriend and i were on the way to Myrtle Beach, following some friends on I-40 in Raleigh, NC. I had been down a week at the beach without my stang and wanted it down there even though i knew it would rain a little on the way down...

    New Clutch, Flywheel, problem

Well, after driving the car all day, i got the hang of givin it more gas and stuff, but i'll take derek's advice and just give it a couple thousand miles. I dont really smell clutch that bad anymore, so maybe it has burnt what it is going to burn. I did notice that it kind of shutters when i am...

    New Clutch, Flywheel, problem

Yeah, on the old clutch and flywheel, i could basically let off the clutch from idle and give it gas to get a smooth roll from a stop, but this clutch/flywheel wants a bit more gas, like around 2000 rpms to get moving without shuddering. But, when i give it more gas, i definately smell clutch...

    New Clutch, Flywheel, problem

Hey guys, I just put in a new Spec Stage 1 cluch and a Spec Aluminum flywheel yesterday. On the way for a test drive, it felt different, which i expected, just getting used to not being on the stock clutch. But i drove it all yesterday and just getting it moving from 1st now lunges and jerks...

You have a rare car indeed. That is an option from ford that puts different clicking for the left and right turn signal so that blind drivers know whether they were turning the left or right signal on... :nice:

    Rear Seat Delete Kit

You could do a cutout of the N and X in plexiglass and have the N light up blue and the X light up red. Then just mount the bottle to the bottom piece. Are you wanting to do this yourself or buy one already made?

    Rear Seat Delete Kit

I see, that kit doesnt keep the headrest piece above the seat. Personally i think in order to keep the lines of the interior, that headrest should stay in there. But it is a personal matter. Plus that seems to be a fairly inexpensive kit anyway, correct?

    Rear Seat Delete Kit

I could do this in any fabric you want, any kind of design on the back panel, (plexi glass, raised lettering, etc.) Try to ignore the giant subs and amp, notice how the delete sits flush with the trim, that is what i'm talking about. :nice:

    Rear Seat Delete Kit

May I ask how much the delete you are looking at will cost you? I would make you one that comes out almost flush to the rear seat trim like i have in mine. Most people just have the back panel flush with where the back seat was, but it looks better if it comes out to the edge of the trim... ill...

I live in an area where getting stuff stolen out of your car is fairly rare, but in the case that happens, i do have a security system that is god-awfuly loud and involves 4 well hidden cameras. Steal my stuff, i got you on candid camera :nono:
