I know exactly what you guys mean. I'm not mechanic, but after 6 years of wrenching on my 88 there isn't much I won't attempt!!! (not having any money in college to pay mechanics with finally paid off!!!!)

Mine has done the same since I bought it too. I've tried everything except the sending unit in the tank, if yours is like mine it will probably drop to empty when it has about 5 litres of gas left in it. Sorry, not sure how many gallons that is!! :shrug:

I got white faces gauges in km/h for mine. found em on ebay. some company called whitegauges.net. They're alright, they are the type that stick on over the originals. I put them on last weekend. I'll try and get some pictures sometime if you like.

I've got Boston Acoustic 5X7's in the back of mine. And as hard as I try I can't blow em up!!!! It was about $100 (canadian) for them, but that was probably 4 years ago when I bought em.

Yeah it's lowered with Eibachs ... and yes I have some small rubbing issues with the front, but only at full turn ... rarely noticeable, definetely not enough to worry about ... As for traction, I noticed a big difference in 1/4 mile last summer, but it could be partly me just getting better at...

I've got 245/50/16's all around on my pony's ... they told me not to go much wider than that. It's the same height and everything as stock too so the speedo is still correct too.
