    TRANSMISSION WHINE?!?!?!

Awesome, keep us posted. My car has been doing it for quite some time now and I just gave up on trying to fix it. Already tried the GM Syncromesh when the issue first came up, didnt solve it.

    TRANSMISSION WHINE?!?!?!

Mine has been doing that for about 3000 kms now. I have changed fluids, tried different brands, different shifters, it's just there. I just got used to it now. If you find out a solution (or if its actually a problem), please post here as I'd like to "fix" mine too.

18 inch bullitt rims, Anyone used these rims?

Although, it looks like they stopped carrying the ones I have (18x9 and 18x10.5), the ones they have now have those ugly fake bolts around the rim

18 inch bullitt rims, Anyone used these rims?

Yup! That's them exactly, seller name moore something. Just make sure you ask for bigger size tires, the ones in their auctions are usually 265's or something, and that on a 10.5" rim is really small.

18 inch bullitt rims, Anyone used these rims?

Check my sig. I got mine from OE WHEELS, they're in Sarasota, FL. I see that you're also in BC, cool. I got mine shipped to Pt Roberts, WA then just went and picked them up. OEM Quality, no complaints. Other than the fact they're lug-centric and not hub-centric.

    I can't stop spending money

That's what happens when you own a mustang, our cars are like lego.. but each brick costs money, and all the bricks dont come nicely packaged in a blue bin, you gotta buy them all separate

    2002 V6 to V8 swap

What?! You were taking a loan to do a swap? Yikes

    2002 V6 to V8 swap

May've been, but they mount in the same K-member as the V6. I upgraded mine, so cant tell for sure. But the V6 k-member is what's on my car.

    2002 V6 to V8 swap

I spent a total of $1500 on all bits and pieces from a GT. Then I sold my V6 engine for roughly $600 and my T5 transmission for another $200. Then the wiring and gauge cluster of the V6 went for another $150. So yes, $500.

    how to install lowering springs

I had the H&R SS and the car handled terribly. The drop is way too much, even with CC plates, the ride is rough. HIGHLY recommend some adjustable struts/shocks, but even then, the ride will be harsh.

Saw an amazingly sexy Mustang GT the other day...

That Mach 1 posted is damn sexy, minus the bumper. It'd look sick with the stock bumper with the chin spoiler.

I think this is a steal

I guess things are more difficult down there for you guys, but up here (Canada) I've found an entire GT powertrain (motor, tranny and rear end) for 1k. That's with 25000 kms.

    2002 V6 to V8 swap

Correct, my car is not a true GT, it's a swapped ex-V6. And incorrect when you guys say it'll be cheaper to sell and buy a GT. I ended up spending a total of $500 to upgrade from V6 to GT (with ALL gt parts). And no, you DONT need the front GT suspension, the V6 one is identical. But I...

    2002 V6 to V8 swap

Oh yea, and if I recall right, we had to use the V8's throttle, brake and cruise control cables, as the v6 ones were different length. The cable mounting location on the brake pedal on the v6 is slightly different as well, but it's adaptable (by drilling an extra hole). Of course, if your...
