    You can just buy the Saleen ones, I think that they are like 800.00 or so, but they fit perfect, come with the correct harness, and are made specifically for these cars. And they have a warranty :) I will be getting those for my car soon.

    I also have the Hurst short throw on my car. If its hot outside (and it gets pretty darn toasty in SoCal) it does get pretty hot. I have a Redline Goods shiftboot on the car, and its pushed pretty far down so I can see the 'HURST' on the side of it. But, its all heat transfer so I don't worry...

    +1 on the regular Hurst. Have had it in my car for almost a year now. No problems what so ever. And it never hurts to look at that pretty white ball....lol....

    I don't think it is available yet. When I was at the Saleen store a while ago, they didn't have a release date for it. I would call the Saleen Store in Irvine, CA. They would prob have some better info for you.

    I have one just like that with red stitching. It looks great IMO. It doesn't make the interior look tacky or anything, it just smoothes it out a bit. I also have their shift boot (manual) and it is way better than that stock 'pleather' one.

    I got the FRPP gears. I will be installing shortly *crosses fingers*. And your gears shouldn't whine at all. It is all in the installation (regarding the whine). If the shop was reputable, then I would take it back. You shouldn't have to drown out the noise with your exhaust...

    No, you are supposed to use screws on the two side pieces, but I also put two screws in the large middle piece. SS directions don't call for that. That was for my piece of mind.

    I have the Eibach coilovers on my car, and they are awesome! Since I still have the stock wheels/tires on my car, it rides really nice. I know as soon as I get the wheels on it won't be as nice of a ride. The install was easy. It took me all day becuase I was cleaning all the bottom of the car...

    I have the Street Scene Ducktail. I absolutely love it! It has teh two sided tape on it, and I also put two screws in it, for peace of mind really. And the two sides are supposed to have the screws and the tape on it. Here are some pics:
