    I just picked up a new plug and pretty cool flash light from Checkers and after looking down the spark plug hole I can see where the piston is marked from contact. I suppose now it's a question of rod stretch or perhaps something else? :shrug:

    Just to clear this up "I did not beat on the car to all ends of the world." it was a drive around the block with an entirely new setup to confirm proper operation before I tow the car for two hours to go get tuned. It's running PIG RICH with the new injectors so to go lean is not a worry at this...
