Thats a tough call. Your car is 6 years newer, a vert, and has 30k less miles. Are they both equal other wise...say both 5-speeds?, leather?, mach 460 sound system? How about the paint condition? Id have to really check that car over. I'd probably offer him your car plus $2000:shrug...
