    I had water in my passenger floor, although not to the extent you describe. The dealer fixed it once, but just in the past month, I noticed the floor was wet again. Of course, I'm now past my warranty period :(.

    yes, I thought the sound was from the rear too, but they replaced front suspension components. They didn't list this TSB on my work order, so I'm not sure if it exactly the same issue, but they fixed the noise I was having.

    I have a rattle too, usually when under slight load in that RPM range. Dealer thought they fixed it, but it is still there. When I go back, I'll have to mention this TSB.

    Not sure where that thread is, but I remember it because I had the same problem. I forget where exactly, but there was a weld missed somewhere up on the firewall which causes the leak. I gave my dealer little more info than that, and they found and fixed it. Hope this helps.

    Hmmm, is it actually a squeak, or more of whine? My steering column "whines" a little every time I turn (it isn't just the power steering pump I'm hearing). My dealer told me it is normal and others do it, although it drives me nuts. Although, my fiancee's 2002 Escape makes a similar noise.
