01 Cobra EFI to 95 Mark VIII heads

Anyone know if a 2001 cobra EFI unit will bolt up to a 95 VIII 4.6 4V without changing or modifing my heads. I can also get the computer and wiring harness from the 01.

No. You have the dual port intake runners with IMRC's. The 99-up Cobras have one big oval shaped runner for both valves, and no IMRC's. The IMRC can be deleted, but the ports still wouldn't match. You could use a '96-'98 Cobra intake. You would have to swap heads from the '01 to use the '01 intake. The injectors are also low-impedence. They will not work on your car without the right electrical and computer mods.
