So it took 2 days 4 hours each day. Pictures tell the story. Here are few links I viewed before I attempted this:

http://www.2kgt.com/item.php?itemid=31
I got the roll-bar from mustangs unlimited, it was $275, no shipping charge for me as I picked it up. The padding was like $30 from e-bay and the zip-ties were $18 at local store.
The most difficult part of the entire thing was drilling the first hole, after that everything went smooth. I had to trim a little bit of a side plastic where the roll bar is attached behind the back seat. Also it was a mission to squeeze in back part of the rear seat as the roll bar was in there, but eventually after few tries in went in.
Only thing I am not 100% happy about this the way I used zip-ties to hold the padding in place on the roll-bar. I wish there was another way, I am open to suggestions if any
