02 leather seats/forged?

Any idea what these are worth?14000 miles and in great shape.I am replacing them with corbeau cr1.Also am i better off buying a new shortblock or just forging mine?I am thinking of going with some JE pistons,manley rods,and cobra crank.I am prepping for the KB 2.2 kit.
