I purchased the economy 5 lug conversion package from Ford Racing. It came with front rotors, grease seals, rear axles, and rear drums. I completed the conversion and when I went to install a set of OEM 2002 Mustang GT 5 spoke Bullit rims I ran into a problem with clearance on the front rotors. The wheels wont mount flush to the hub on the rotor and the grease caps knocked out the center cap on the wheel. I figure I need about 15mm to clear everything. Any suggestions? I called Ford Racing's Tech hotline and they were not very helpful.

You can:

1) Use spacers on the front :notnice: :notnice:

2) Convert the front using SN95 spindles/hubs/rotors/calipers.
This *may* also require a master cylinder change.

The OEM 5 lug wheels that will fit the 5 lug rotors you have (SVO/Lincoln Mk VII rotors) are:

'95 Cobra R style (not sure about the current crop, but the originals did)
'94-'97 Cobra 17" wheels
'94-'95 GT "Tri-bar" 17" wheels
'94-'98 GT "Pony or Waffle" 16" wheels

Good luck,
