I tried a search for other threads on this but couldn't find anything. If anyone know's what's involved like...

Direct bolt up w/ lower intake manifold vs. the need for a kit for port matching... any details on what all would need to be changed and if anyone makes a kit... links... anything at all.

Pretty much you will need 99+ tumble port style heads, lower intake manifold intercooler, 03-04 front cover and accessory drive, and all the other essentials to run the blower.
When it comes down to it might as well buy a kenne bell blower that is designed for the 96-98.

You'll need WAY more parts than you can imagine. It's much cheaper, and easier if you just purchase a kit already designed for your specific model year. Adding an Eaton from an 03/04 takes a butt load of support stock parts, intercooler, IC pump, heat exchanger, a NEW HOOD, EEC, etc. I could go on and on and on... There are a few threads in here that go into everything you'll need to do it if you search a little more.

The consensus from the Cobra community is don't waste your time unless you've got lots of it, and money too!

You will probly be happier with a procharger. They are the best centrifgual superchargers IMO and are way better than the 112's that come on a stock '03 Cobra.
