I have a 2007 Shelby gt500 with P235/50 R15 Mickey Thompson ET Street Radials on 15x10" rims. The car has heavy duty subframe connectors and
Q A-1 Double adjustable shocks, and aftermarket lower and upper control arms.
The car has 3" exhaust with no cats, a 10% O.D. pully and a 2.6" S.C. pully. The car also has a one-piece aluminum driveshaft. The car also has a 100 octane John Lund race tune, 4.10 rear end gears, A WOT box, and 17" front skinnys.
At Tulsa this past weekend it was 98 degrees and I ran 13lbs. of air pressure in the back tires. the WOT box was used to launch the car from 2100 to 4000 and the tires were spinning through the line. The car is making 12 lbs of boost and it is producing 550 hp and 552 ft. lb. of torque at the rear wheels.
Where should the tire pressure be set at?
What RPM should we launch at?
Where should the rev limiter be set at?
Should you use the factory rev. limiter or the limiter on the WOT box?
How should the rear shocks be adjusted and how much movement should we have?
This weekend we are going to try to run at the Rogersville, MO drag strip
