Hey all i own a 86 Gt with a juiced 351 windsor carberated. 100hp jets installed. So far my best 1/8 mile time has been a 7.74 second run at 94 mph. my sixty foot time was 2 sec flat. Its not a very sticky local airport. I have got as good as a high 1.7 60 foot but not on this run usally low 1.8's. any ways what do u think my little fox may run in the 1/4

Mustangworks.com calculators. They seem to be more accurate than a few others. I did mine and it said that I should run the 1/4 in 13.1 at 107mph. Comparing this with timeslip info posted in this site, seems somewhat accurate. If I could launch better than 1800rpm and had better tires I could have run 12's. Put those track times and mph in the HP calculator assuming my car is about 3100lbs and came up wiht 272RWHP peak and 296RWHP average. The peak was based on the ET and average based on MPH. I have more MPH than ET so that would explain that.

with 7.74's I would think you could pull off some low 12's with good traction.

You gotta watch those calculators, although yours is very close. I had a 8.4 @ 85.8 in the 1/8th and ran 12.9 @ 107.6, so that ones close for a street tired car! I also dynoed 272 rwhp and 316 rwtq, so its very close, lol!
