Anyone have any ideas on where to set the Steeda Timing adjuster when running 11:1 pistons? The factory stting is at 10 but I still get knocking at 5-6000 rpm when I tromp it. If I retard it back, how far should I go? Or do I just play with it and retard it back until feels and sounds right? I'm getting a dyno done in a couple of weeks, but until then..

Try knocking it back a couple degrees and see if that fixes it. If it does, you could advance it one degree and see if the car is ok like that. If its not, set back one degree and leave good enough alone untill you get the tune. If retarding it two degrees doesnt help, then you could try retarding the timing one degree at a time untill things are the way you want them.
