14.1 @ 75mph with a 1.8 60ft.
my first run was really crappy--i couldn't get the slicks to burn out and the car felt different from the way it did last time we were there--there was a lack in power. that run was a 15.1 @ 90mph w/ a 2.0 60ft. after that my bro-in-law gave it a shot and hit a 14.7 @ 91 w/ a 2.1 60ft. at that point we realized the mph was far from the 103.8 he hit last time and agreed that something wasn't right, especially since we were on slicks. we parked it and checked the dizzy only to find it was really loose (for the second time--guess we need to use some loc-tite) and was set at 0* (checked w/ a timing light)...
we bumped the timing up and that led to the 14.1 @ 78mph w/ a 1.8 60ft--only made it up to 3rd gear (i have 4.10's so i finish in 4th) and just past the 1/8 at which the radiator cracked and spewed coolant all over the place. they had to stop the races and clean it up--i hate hold ups and it sucked i was the cause this time, hehe.
overall, it was definately a fun night--we got our money's worth.
