So i curently have 17x9 and 17x10.5" 95 Cobra R wheels on my GT. I think the tire sizes are 245/45/17 and 315/35/17 in the rear.

I just ordered some Hypercoated FR500 wheels in 18x9 and deepdish 18x10" wheels from AmericanMuscle.

What is a good matching tire size i can run on these new 18s? Should i keep it relatively the same ballpark as the 110 diameter that the 245/45 and 315/35 are equalling? Know what i mean?

I have a guy that can set me up with a great deal on Toyo Proxies T1Rs for about $150 for fronts and $180 for rears.

What tire sizes should i run on an 18x9 and what about the rear?

I think the LARGEST tire size he has for the toyos is 295/xx/18. Is that wide enough for a 10" wheel? Or would that be hard to get on there because its undersized?

And would a 265/xx/18 be TOO BIG for the front 9" tire?

No smaller than a 265 on the front and a 295 on the rear.

what about keeping the front and rear tires in a comparative ratio with one another? how much does that matter? SALEENGT2001 said to go 265/35 up front with 295/35 in the rear...yet the diameter of the front is 92.75 then and in the rear its 103.25

Thats a big diference, how much will that effect the speedo AND/OR performance in anyway??

I think 265/40 is a better viable option in the front, then go with 295/35 in the rear

Or go a 30 series in the back. A 40 in the front will be too tall and will be prone to rubbing (depending on your drop).

I've got H&R SS's and on very hard cornering, I can rub the fronts.
