Hi guys, new to the forum, just joined! My passenger power mirror moves up and down but labors and clicks when asked to move right or left. I was going to try to fix before buying a new one. Question, do the mirror glass simply pull off (out of a socket) to reveal the workings? Don't want to break it trying to get started! Thanks.

Yep, it is held in the housing with a small + shaped metal piece. Carefully pop it out with a small screwdriver or molding tool.
