now, i got the fuel pump sending unit from a junk yard for $13 i got from a 1994 v-8 mustang.... but is different from my orginal in how the tubes are...
my original pickup, i would have to use the bent tube from the kit to put the fuel pump in....
on the new pickup i got, it would just utilize a straight piece of fuel hose to put the pump in, the feed tube is already bent in this one, where the one in the original is just straight... i also noticed the original feed tube is a slightly larger in diameter till it gets to the hose connection then it goes the standard size, equaling the new one ......
should i not use the new one or is it wrong for me to use the new one?
does it effect pressure or volume with that tube already bent in place?
i would think not, but just wanna make sure its ok to use it, and anyone that has expierineced the same thing , i would appreciate your feedback...
