Dump the codes man, its not hard. It has been said atleast 3 times in this thread..its free and easy to do. Way better than guessing

dump codes... but start with the vaccum leak at the egr block off.. better yet why did you even waist money on the block off? i have a simulator plugged in the vac lines are capped and the valve is still in place and my car runs like stock..
