I have a 1990 mustang gt with basic bolt ons. There is no brakes at all! I checked and the fluid is full and there is some pressure but I can here air being sucked from under the steering column by the brake pedal. When I take the vaccum line lose at the Booster/Master cylinder the hissing stops. Do I have a vaccum issue or is my brake booster/ master cylinder bad?

Yes and no. Getting under the dash to take off and put the 4 nuts on is a little PITA, but once it's free and you unbolt the MC it comes right out.

Try this test first. With the car off, pump the pedal. It should get hard as a rock. With your foot pushing on the pedal, start the car. The pedal should sink.
