new to this and need help bad. My car is going crazy the fan and fuel pump go on and off over and over again koeo tried to pull codes but pcm dose not respond. Not with a computer or by jumping it. car was running turned off key and went to start it again and this started. ce light ls on when fan and fuel pump are running.

You can test the CCRM for certain outputs to see if its working. I dont have the link handy but a quick google search should find it. Hissin50 on here is the man on here when it comes to these issues 
The CCRM is just a bunch of relays (im pretty sure). So it just doesnt create a signal to turn things on. It gets sent a signal...then takes that and activates the fan/pump/etc.
Then again, anything is possible lol.
Where are you located? can you swap CCRM's with anyone?
