1st Time Track Advice-some needed!

well my car will be done in about a week/2 weeks.. friend is coming who builds mustangs religiously to build mine with me........... im going to the track and need some advice, tips.. etc....... such as how long to hold the burnout, is lining up, and moving with the tree hard?.. any adivce u would offer lets say ur kid or a good friend. just wanna know so i dont look like an idiot my first time, and actually run half decent (my cars estimated to do low 13's)-- or so im told by 3-4 people.

The burnout depends on what kind of tires you have.Watch a few runs before you go up.See where the staging lights are.You will pull up to them,the top yellow one will go on,then pull up a little more and the second will go on.Then wait for the tree.Again,it depends on what kind of tree there using before you can get advice.My track usually uses a pro-tree,its real fast.Just have fun doing it,and you will do fine
