2.3-5.0

I have been given a 1988 lx notch. It has a 2.3L but i would very much like to drop a 5.0L in. It has 173,000 miles already on the 2.3 so it would need replacing anyway. can anyone give me a website or two i can visit that would help me with what is involved in the swap and how to do it.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
