    Hi Guys
I have a 1982 Gazelle kit car that was built on a Mustang 11,Pinto underpinnings. The car is styled to look like a 1929 Mercedes SSK open roadster. The car has a 1974 Ford 2.3 Litre NA 2 barrrel carbed engine and a C4 Transmission.I find the car down on power and would liek to know what is involved in swapping to a 2.3 Turbo.I was alittle concerned about hood clearence with the Intercooler and how to wire everything up.do you alos have to change rads on this car?
    Thanks in advance
    Sincerely Fitz

Overall, the 2.3 turbo should bolt in where another 2.3 came out of. Many 2.3 t's did not have intercoolers, so that may or may not be a problem. Depends on what donor you have or want.

As for wiring, you will obviously need a 2.3 turbo car EEC4 puter, the harness, etc. Also need a gas tank w/ the internal electric pump. Radiator should be fine, but the inlet/outlet stuff may be different from a Mustang 2, to a Fox body setup.
