This past weekend I just installed SLP Lt's, SLP o/r x pipe, and an SLP Loudmouth 1 catback. While up on the lift I noticed that my Tranny is a Tremec. Did Saleen install Tremec 5spd's or was this installed by a previous owner? The car only has 35kmi which had me wondering.

Check the code on the door tag, first digit under TR in the lower right corner. It should be K meaning you have a TR-3650 5-speed transmission
made by Tremec which is standard for 2001. The 6 cylinder cars should have a 2 or 5 which is for the T-5.
