I'm about to do your standard tune up but would like some info before I do..

What oil should I run? I'm not asking for your brand loyalty, but rather what weight...also, what plugs should I get and is there a specific gaping that seems to work best with our motors?

I have an automatic and have been considering a shift kit...could anyone that has an auto with a kit voice their opinions of it?

Thanks,

oil 5w30 i think yours says 5w20 but u can use 30 they just say that u get the govt happy.

im using 5w30 synthetic in the winter and will go back to 10w30 synthetic in the summer i cant find no 10w40(lil better for the blower)

sparkplugs if u dont mind changing them every 10k or so get some copper ones or u can get the platniums i run ford motorcraft copper awsf32c plugs.

they should be gapped around .052-.056 so .054 would be the nice median.

i have a shift kit in my car it was put in when i rebuilt my tranny i do not know what brand it is the shop that rebuilt my tranny put it in. But i love it ..shifts great i had it set for the medium shifting.
