Were there any factory options (other than colors) for the 2003 Cobra convertibles?

    Is so, what were they?

    Thank you much,

    Thomas

Ahem... you meant to say Charcoal or Parchment inserts, right? The Cobra's are too sophisticated to use simple colors like tan and grey. LOL!

    DAMMIT! It's NOT tan! :fuss:

    It's PARCHMENT! :rlaugh:

I do know there were only 621 Oxford White 2003 Coupes made and out of them 191 had the Parchment inserts.

The Shaker 1000, chrome rims, spoiler delete, Anniversary package, int/ext colors. Cobra's don't usually have a lot of options as they come with the most stuff of any stang already.

The Shaker 1000 wasn't offered in ANY Ford vehicle until the 2005 model year. You could not even get the Mach 1000 in the Cobra, only the Mach 460.

I know my '03 had the option of the base radio or one that added stuff in the trunk. I thought it was a shaker, but maybe not.

Trust me, your '03 had no such "Factory" option. Your local dealer may have offered to install one I guess, but there was no way to order an '03 Cobra from the factory with anything other than the Mach 460. There's a company outh there right now that will sell all the components to upgrade your 460 to a Mach 1000, at least everything sans the Mach 1000 head unit.

I'm going to have to go find my paperwork, because I distinctly remember discussing how much room the system would have taken up. Are you sure it maybe wasn't offered in later '03 models?
