I had a 2006 Mustang and test drove a 2014 Mustang and the difference in the location of the speedometer and tachometer was hard to get used to during the test drive. Has anyone driven both vehicles and had any difficulty getting used to the change?

I have a 2011, and someone else in my household has a 2005. I go back and forth, driving both at different times, and a never really notice unless someone points it out.

The difference in refinement, and the transmission/clutches are quick noticeable on the other hand.

Just traded my 2006 GT for the 2014, It bothered me for about a day then it feels natural to me now. Hardest thing for me to get used to is the wipers and turn signal all on the same side of the steering wheel.
