will these fit on my stock wheels? Also how well will i hook up with these? I know they are pretty skinny but they are very cheap from a friend and not used.
stock rims normally are 15 inches..
check your sidewall on the tire on your car now
this is how tires are sized
225 is the width i forget what measurement.
45 is the side wall height 45%of the first which is 225 on this tire
17 is the rim diameter
on a tire it normally looks like this 225/45R17
the R is for rim
Now if your tire one the car says anything else after the R like 16,15,14 then no it is not goin to work..
yea i have stock 17's on my cobra. I run 245/45/17 michelin pilot sports right now but i want better traction and i know DR's are better but they are skinnier
well **** buy em them and try, they are like $130 piece new. Just see how they hook and if they dont do well resell them. Just dont do any monster burnouts on them.
They'll fit. The width range on those is 7-8.5" and the stockers fall in that range nicely. Of course, they'll probably look a bit funny, but it they work, they work.
