28*9's or 28*10's

Will these fit on my car and on these rims?
Here are the details:
Running 12.5's with a 4.10 gear crossing the line at about 5900-6000 rpm using my 'worn out' 26" slicks which need to be replaced. With the addition of a few more bolt-on HP and 100 shot of n2o, I think I will be running out of rpm so 28" should be the right height. I am using the 3 spoke SN95 15" rims (five bolt but are the same offset and width as 10 holes) and am not sure how wide I can go for both the rim and for fender clearance. Car is lowered, no quad shocks, and fenders rolled, stock length axles.

the 28X10 is what i run on my sn95 and i had to massage the inner finder wells a bit. I to went from a 26x10 to the 28" tall tire. I know my 28" would not fit on my fox with out a BFH or some LUCK

funny you should say 28's won't fit. last year a fox owner ordered 28 inch slicks by accident and turns out they fit. perhaps he wasn't a lowered fox.

friend of mine just took a BFH to his coupe and put 15x10 welds 6.5 backspacing , and 28-11.50s on it , and its dropped about inch or so in the rear .......
