3.08-4.10 Gear Question

I currently have 3.08 gears in my 95, 5 speed 5.0. My best quarter mile time so far has been a 14.13 @ 98 mph. I have a set of 4.10 gears that I would like to install, but I just wanted to know what quarter mile time I may expect to see with this gear change?

Current Mods.

Drag Radials
Exhaust (from stock manifolds back - no tailpipes)
Underdrive pulleys
No smog pump
Cold Air Intake w/ K&N

Just a guess, I'd say 13.7's or 8's?

I was assuming about 3 tenths, I just didn't know how realistic that was.
