GT Takeoff Exhaust: $100 or less
Try eBay or the classifieds/parts for sale section on any number of online Mustang forums. It is best to find one you can pick up in person to save on shipping charges. You will also need a OEM muffler hanger for the right side of the car and both exhaust tip hangers with speednuts. The correct holes for them are already on your car. I personally would also replace your stock rear bumper cover with a a GT takeoff rear bumper cover so you have the correct cutouts for the exhaust tips.

Cheapest prices i've seen for new stuff ever.
    170$ - T-lok
    100$ - GT take offs
    200$ - Gears

But for your pulleys i'd goto www.rpmoutlet.com They give you a
    42% Reduction crank pulley
    Aluminum waterpump pulley
Goodyear gatorback belt and 160* thermostat. - 250$

You can also get the same stuff with a diablosport tuner for like 400$

www.rpm-mustangs.com for the pulley and belt, 193 shipped. I just purchased this and installed it myself. Had to rent a torque wrench and pulley puller from AutoZone for free (with a deposit of course though, that you get back)
