3.73's vs 4.10's

I'm sure this question has been asked many times but what do you guys think for my car. I dont have a lot of higway driving or anything like that so keep that in mind. My car is pretty much bone stock except for exhaust and it is an aod. Also im gonna do a convertor so any suggestions on that would be help ful too. Thanks for your help guys.

I've got 373 in my vert and love it and im planning on putting in 2600 coverter ( its in the garage just got get up enough energy to put it in )
Hey if you want to come up to Yulee (about two hour drive) you can help put trans in and I'll help you put gears in LOL. But seriously I do alot of highway and the 373s are perfect. If you just in town go 410. Youll have a hard time getting speedo right though without a reducer. Ive got 23 tooth and still off by five mph
