but i got a 302 for free and my stroker needs rebuilt. i was just going to swap the heads out and run it til i get the rings and bearings in my 347. the stroker has a F cam in it. but could go with a B or even stock

I don't understand the question...you pulled the heads off the stroker and plan to run them on the free 302 you got? Slap the F cam in there especially if you already have one, and it's just a temporary while you build the 347. Just check your clearances of course.
