what does it idle like? i have heard the e-cam and i rilly like the rough idle quality.

About the same as the E-cam.

is that cam good for an aod?

the e-cam is what i want but it may be more feesable to buy the trick flow HCI combo and ditch the intake for a edelbrock truck intake.
