306 to a 347....need help

i am about finished building a 347 n/a engine. i have 306 block in my garage that is lying around and i just recieved a complete 347 kit for free. my question is will this kit go right in the 306 to make it a 347 or do i have to get motor work for this kit too work. if it helps the pistons are .030 for the 306 and the 347 kit. thanks

you will need to clearance the piston skirts and maybe the oil pan rails b/c the couterweight and rod throws are bigger. talk to rick91gt.

theres a thing from The Mustang Depot that shows you where and how much to clearance. i posted it a few days back but didnt get 1 response as to if anyone has or would try it.
