I really love the look of the 10.5' deep dish bullitt replicas w/ 315's but I have spent to much $ on my cars suspension to buy wheels and tires that will adversely affect the whay the car handles. The set up I was thinking about was 17x9's up front with either 255 45's or 275 40's and 17x10.5's with 315 35's out back I could down size the rears to 285 40's but on a 10.5' rim??

Absolute smallest tire on a 10.5" I would put is a 295, but only if I had to. 315 is a great match for that size rim.

I just got a pair of 315/35-17 BFG drag radials for my 17x10.5 Bullitts and I couldn't believe how they handled. I was driving around with the stock front wheels on, the left front is worn pretty bad (I had to replace the right front after developing a hole in the sidewall). Let me tell you, the rear end of the car felt like it was on rails. The front tires were hitting their limits LONG before the rears would even make a chirp.

4 wheel drag radials, or Nitto's 555R II......

I've got a set of cobra R 17x8's in front with 17x10.5's in back coming (chrome). I already received my tires Kumho Ecsta 712 supra's (front) 245/45/17's and Nitto drag radials 315/35/17 in back.

Ill let you know how they handle when i get them mounted/balanced monday :)

Guys you answered my prayers, i was just about to start a thread on this subbject. The thing for me is , i use my car for everyday driving. will the 315's affect the car since i drive everyday, and also i was thinking of going 255's in the front just because i heard that 275's will rub.
