351 Lightning Motor In 93 Fox Need Help Please

I have a 1983 mustang gt converted to 93 and I'm putting in a 351w lightning motor in it and I just need some help with picking out heads intake cam and carb. Leaving stock bottom end for now. Please help me!! And how much power am I looking at! Thanks!

Street?
Desired RPM range?
Rear gear ratio?
Tranny?
Stuff like that...

Street strip, not to sure on rpm, stock 8.8 rear end not sure on ratio but I would like to go to 3.73, and AOD with a shift kit
